Dwight Wilborn is Leading the Way in Texarkana USA

Dwight Wilborn grew up in Texarkana, TX, graduating from Texas High School in 1974. Dwight served his country for over 20 years in the US Army, serving multiple tours in Middle Eastern countries such as Afghanistan. While completing his service with the army, he put in 20 years with the Federal Department of Corrections, here at FCI, Texarkana. 

Dwight’s retired life has led him to mentor youth in TISD, especially at Texas High school, where he enlists the aid of other Deacons to come and provide mental and spiritual guidance during the school day. His weekdays and Weekends are spent in the church kitchen and visiting members who are unable to physically come to church anymore. His mentorship has brought several men to attend church and become Deacons as well. Dwight Wilborn is a Texarkana native who is leading the way.
