Texarkana citizens are blessed by Grace House Texarkana – a first and only facility for Texarkana women  

Grace House Texarkana is the first and only transitional living home for mothers and children in crisis in the Ark-La-Tex. Grace House rescues and advocates for women and families at risk, and provides a safe community where grace is offered, strengths are cultivated and a transition to stability is achieved. Their one year program seeks to help mothers build the life they want, transitioning from surviving to becoming thriving, functioning, contributing members of our community. The mothers are provided with the resources and guidance to help them achieve stability.
 
Grace House has an Outreach Team works directly with families in need in our community, hosting diaper drives where they give out free diapers to families. They provide toys at Christmas, school supplies before school starts, and toiletries, food, and basic needs for families living in hotels and on the streets.
