Congratulations to Miss Texarkana, Hollan Palmore!
Over the weekend, Hollan earned the Preliminary Overall Talent Award during the Miss Texas competition. Along with this impressive recognition, she received a $1,000 scholarship from the Joseph F. Moore Foundation.
We’re proud to celebrate Hollan’s accomplishment and wish her continued success as she represents our community on the Miss Texas stage.
