Speaking of Cultural Riches… DID YOU KNOW? You can now go back in time to stroll the streets of Texarkana at the new Old Town exhibit upstairs in the Lindsey Railroad Museum downtown. Texarkana’s Old Town is a turn of the century downtown replica featuring eleven local frontier shops. Both the Railroad Museum and Texarkana’s Old Town are passion projects of Dr. Beverly Rowe, who is dedicated to understanding, preserving and sharing the history of our community.
