Brandy exemplifies leadership in her role at CASA. She also believes in helping others, putting herself out there to do just that, serving on the board and volunteering with several non-profits in the Texarkana area. Brandy holds a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from Park University. She is married to her best friend, Billy, together they have three amazing children.
