TAMU-T’s Innovative BAAS Program is Second to None Nationally for Adult Learners

Recognized in 2017 as one of the twelve most innovative programs for adult learners in the NATION, the Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences program at Texas A&M – Texarkana is second to none in providing a way for students to earn course credit by creating a portfolio of their work or military experience. The BAAS program offers flexible scheduling, including online and evening courses for non-traditional students. Graduates with this degree may find work in many career fields or prepare for graduate studies. In addition to being nationally recognized as one of the most innovative programs for adult students in the nation, TAMU-T was also featured as a best practices program by the Association of Continuing Higher Education, one of the preeminent professional organizations in the field of adult education.
