Garrett Fowler
A recent graduate of TASD, Garrett Fowler where he participated and served as Vice President and President of The Interact Club (sponsored by Oaklawn Rotary), as well as the Salvation Army Angel Tree Project, Suicide Awareness Walk, Texas City Parks Fall Festival, Texarkana Resource Center events, and Dragon Boat Races. Garrett garnered over 400 community service hours as a high school student and has been involved at special needs dances for adults sponsored by Elk’s Lodge. Garrett is involved with Opportunities, Inc and Special Olympics events on the campus.
He was selected to participate on several youth leadership trainings, including Today’s Youth, Tomorrow’s Leaders, Extreme Youth Leadership and Rotary Youth Leadership. He has a ‘pay it forward’ attitude and is always willing to assist and encourages others to do so, too.
