Holly Skinner Aides St. CHRISTUS St. Michael in Delivering Vaccines

A Texarkana native, Holly Skinner joined the CHRISTUS St. Michael Health System Family 14 years ago, excited to be part of a health care ministry founded on the mission of extending the healing ministry of Jesus Christ.  The mission has served her well, especially over the past year when new challenges delivered by the COVID-19 pandemic demanded development of new and adaptable approaches to workforce management.

Promoted to the role of Human Resources (HR) Strategy Director in 2019, Holly holds a MBA from Texas A&M University-Texarkana. She serves on the CHRISTUS St. Michael leadership team and provides oversight to human resources programs including compensation, benefits, staffing, talent acquisition, organizational development, associate relations and performance management.

Most recently, Holly has served on the CHRISTUS St. Michael Core Vaccine Hub Team for planning and executing vaccine clinics to provide COVID-19 vaccinations to approximately 8,000 healthcare workers and individuals meeting criteria.  With several more months of vaccination clinics ahead, her ongoing efforts will contribute to the CHRISTUS mission in action.
