Libby Hernandez serves youth, business community in Texarkana

Libby Hernandez is an example of a leader in Texarkana. From a young age, she has been a volunteer. Starting with her church youth group, to helping at A&M University and now she serves on the board of Greater Texarkana Young Professionals. She currently works as the store manager for Carter Adams Flooring. Libby is involved in what she is passionate about and she is passionate about Texarkana. No doubt Texarkana will see many more great things from Libby Hernandez!
