Lisa Garner is Leading the Way

Lisa started her journey when her Grandmother, Betty Nix called her one Friday afternoon and asked her to come to help her for three days at the fair. This year she celebrates her 24th Anniversary at the Four States Fairgrounds. Lisa has brought so much to the fairgrounds over the years and now works diligently as their President to provide an amazing venue to the community. She also volunteers with various nonprofits within the Texarkana USA area thus proving her dedication to the betterment of the community. Her goal is to see the FourStates Fairgrounds not just thrive, but grow!
