Guaranty Bank & Trust named as a Best Company to Work for in Texas for 14th year.

The Texas Association of Business (i.e., The Texas Chamber) has named its 2022 selections for Best Companies to Work for in Texas. Guaranty Bank & Trust has been named as one of the top 100 companies; this is the fourteenth year GBT has made this prestigious list. GBT is one of the 29 medium sized businesses listed. The Best Companies to Work for in Texas is a survey and awards program that honors employers in Texas that are making their workplaces great; it is a project of the Texas Association of Business (TAB) and Texas SHRM in partnership with Workforce Research Group. The selections to recognize outstanding business cultures are determined through a two-part survey: employers supplying information on policies and practices, and of employees, who provide opinions on their workplace experience. 

Guaranty Bank & Trust started in East Texas in 1913 and has now grown to over 32 locations, and approximately 3 billion in assets. With three locations in Texarkana, Guaranty Bank & Trust supports its customers and communities both financially and through involvement. While GBT employees are helping, they have a fun, “life of the party” partner – CASH. CASH the mascot is the face of the bank family. He is an “old enough to know better” cowboy that has a young and playful personality with everyone he meets.
