Katina Levingston is Leading the Way in Texarkana, USA

Katina Levingston is the Founder and President of the Tough Kookie Foundation, which Katina began in 2018 after beating breast cancer herself in 2016. Her vision is to show love and support to cancer patients, survivors, childhood survivors, their family and friends. She is committed to raising awareness about breast cancer and with providing assistance with childhood cancer through the work of her foundation.   

To raise funds for the foundation’s work, the organization held its Second Annual Tough Kookie Breast Cancer Race was held October 15, 2022; a Masquerade Ball was held at Crossties in February of 2022, and a Baseball Tournament is scheduled for 2023.  For more about the work of the Katina’s Tough Kookie Foundation, visit here.
