Buddy McCulloch is the President and CEO of Wholesale Electric Supply Co. which has over 72 branches located in 6 different states. Buddy is a humble and kind leader who cares deeply about the Texarkana community.

Buddy serves as a cornerstone for the economic development of Texarkana, as he has played a crucial role in the creation of the McCulloch Industrial Technology Center at Texarkana College. Thanks to Buddy’s vision, there will be a countless number of jobs created and a significant amount of value added to the Texarkana workforce.
