Texarkana was the FIRST city in East Texas to win a Fitness Court!

The fitness court program is part of the National Fitness Campaign. The court in Texarkana is sponsored by the Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas Wellness Campaign. The (now covered) court features multiple workout stations, with options for a variety of fitness levels. Signage directs participants through the exercise program but there is also a free app available to help guide the workouts.

The Texarkana Fitness Court is located at Spring Lake Park next to the lake and walking trail. It’s free and open during open park hours. Download the App!
