Rachelle Cope is Leading the Way in Texarkana USA

Rachelle Cope is a shining example of someone leading the way in making Texarkana the best it can be. Most recently, she played a major role in the Grace House Gala, where she raised the most funds—thanks to the incredible generosity of the community through sponsorships and donations—and was crowned the first-ever Homecoming Gala Queen.
A passionate supporter of Grace House and its mission to help women and children in crisis, Rachelle stays actively involved in the nonprofit’s efforts. She also serves as a dedicated member of the Junior League of Texarkana, volunteers at Williams School, and runs her own small business, Scout & Cellar, offering clean-crafted organic wines and hosting unique wine tasting events.
On top of all that, she’s a devoted mom to three kids, attends Church on the Rock, and supports her husband in their up-and-coming lawn care business, Turf Tech, which specializes in aeration and top dressing. Through every role she takes on, Rachelle brings passion, generosity, and a deep commitment to serving her community.
THANKS to Rachelle Cope for stepping up to lead the way in Texarkana USA!
