Texas A&M University–Texarkana Celebrates Largest Graduation Class in School History
Texas A&M University–Texarkana reached a major milestone this weekend by celebrating the largest graduating class in the university’s history.
More than 300 graduates crossed the stage during commencement ceremonies, marking a record-setting moment for the growing university and the Texarkana community.
Chancellor Glenn Hegar, Chancellor of the Texas A&M University System and former Texas State Representative, Senator, and Comptroller of Public Accounts, attended the ceremony and shared his congratulations with graduates and their families.
The historic commencement reflects the continued growth and momentum of higher education in Texarkana and highlights the impact TAMUT continues to make across the region.
