1. Run The Line Half Marathon and Relays
Sunday, February 16
The 13th Annual Run the Line Half Marathon is Sunday, Feb. 16, 2020. The event includes 2-person and 4-person relay teams. The race starts at 7:30 am at Broad St & Texas Blvd. It finishes at 11:30 am at 3rd & Wood St. The 13.1-mile single loop race begins in Texas, quickly moves into Arkansas, then back into Texas, and finishes in Arkansas. The Run the Line is a Road Runner Club of America race and is in the Arkansas Grand Prix Series and the Natural State Running Series.We expect 700 runners in the 2020 Run the Line and would like you to be one of them!

2. NWS Storm Spotter

Skywarn™ (formed in the early 1970s) is the National Weather Service (NWS) program of trained volunteer severe weather spotters. Skywarn™ volunteers support their local community and government by providing the NWS with timely and accurate severe weather reports. These reports, when integrated with modern NWS technology, are used to inform communities of approaching severe weather. The focus of Skywarn™ (and of the NWS) is simple…to save lives and property. 3. Valentine’s Date Paint & Sip
