Behind every exciting event or program in Texarkana USA is an individual (or two), who takes the lead and through personal influence and commitment, creates an outcome that benefits us all!   Judge Morriss (aka Josh the third) is that individual when it comes to the historic events of this coming week with the joint gatherings of the TX and AR Supreme Courts.  His well-received invitation to the TX judges to come to Texarkana was picked up as a unique opportunity by one among the AR judges and the rest will be history.
