Congratulations to Cary Patterson who was recently named as the 2018 C.E. Palmer Honoree by the Texarkana Chamber of Commerce, for years of difference-making commitment to the Texarkana community. Acknowledging the example of his parents on his commitment to Texarkana, Cary also reflected his observation that Texarkana has more “givers” (vs “takers”) per capital that any other place he’s ever seen in this country.
