1. 63rd Annual Kiwanis Pancake Day

Over the past 61 years, Pancake Day has raised over $500,000.00 which has been used to carry out the mission of improving the world, one child and one community at a time. The proceeds are distributed through grants to over twenty organizations that serve children in the Texarkana metro area. The Kiwanis Club also sponsors Key Clubs, Builders Clubs and K Kids in local school districts, providing leadership opportunities and an appreciation for service for participating students. Diamonds for Doorways is a fundraising event hosted by Habitat for Humanity of Texarkana. The event will have a silent auction and with the purchase of a $100 ticket, you will have the chance to win a diamond ring from Crocker’s Jewelers valued at $5,500. 6. Virtual Race – Paddle, Hike, Jog, or Bike

The Opportunities, Inc. Paddle, Hike, Jog, or Bike is a unique event that was developed for the safety of our participants, volunteers, staff, partners, and community to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. Take your pick from a 3+ mile hike, 10 to 15-mile bike ride or paddle at a local park, or jogging a 5k. This virtual event encourages our participants to live an active lifestyle and enjoy time exercising while supporting children and adults with developmental disabilities. Learn more!

The Murphy’s Texarkana Gun Show will be held on May 15th-16th, 2021 in Texarkana, AR. This Texarkana gun show is held at Holiday Inn Convention Center and hosted by Kerry Murphy Promotions. All federal, state and local firearm ordinances and laws must be obeyed. Learn more!
8. TRAHC’s 28th Annual Juried Student Exhibition Opening Reception
