Robbin Bass is the director of business retention and expansion (BR&E) at the Texarkana USA Regional Chamber of Commerce. As the BR&E director, she focuses her attention on the needs of existing businesses by helping them fill jobs, invest in infrastructure, and quickly respond to the needs expressed by local businesses. Bass strengthens connections between companies, educational systems and the community to encourage businesses growth.
