Mark and Cathy Van Herpen

Cathy and Mark share a great love for their community and strive to do all they can to support and improve it. They are involved in numerous non-profit organizations throughout the area and have co-chaired the Twice as Fine Texarkana Wine Festival for the past seven years. Not stopping yet, they are currently in the planning stages for festival number eight. Mark became especially involved with the Texarkana Symphony Orchestra after competing in the Celebrity Conductor competition and has chaired the board for the past several years. Mark also serves on the board for TRAHC. He is also the Tournament Director for Texarkana Children’s Charities Pro Golf Tournament, which supports Runnin’ WJ Ranch.

Mark is the CFO for Ledwell and Son, where his passion for community involvement has grown tremendously over the years. Cathy assists their daughter Molly, operator at Wine-A-Rita, a longtime Texarkana company recently acquired by the family. They enjoy traveling, spending time with family, friends and their many spoiled pets.
