Texarkana Regional Arts Center

The Regional Arts Center (RAC) is home to Texarkana Regional Arts & Humanities Council (TRAHC). Recently the former U.S. Federal Courthouse received a “bath” from Red River Softwash. The RAC is a jewel of Downtown and deserved her makeover. She looks good for 111 years old!
