Literacy Council of Bowie and Miller Counties offers a warm, welcoming, and encouraging environment for adult learners in our community to work toward their goals. The furnishings for the space were funded by an anonymous donor that believes strongly in services that the Council provides. Beauty can be found, aesthetically, and within the hearts of the staff and volunteers of the Council.
