Texarkana, AR Elks Lodge # 399 excels in service to our community’s veterans

Texarkana, AR Elks Lodge #399 was awarded a $6,000 grant (Beacon Grant) through the Elks National Foundation to support the Hero’s Pantry of Texarkana. The Hero’s Pantry supplies our local veterans with a box of full of food on the 3rd Wednesday of each month. Typically, Hero’s Pantry helps feed over 100 of our local Veterans each month.
