David Hicks is Leading the Way in Texarkana USA

A Texarkana native who’s been in the banking industry for almost 30 years, David Hicks has served as Chief Operating Officer at Texana Bank since December 2022.  He loves our rapidly growing Texarkana community that still feels like a small town, and enjoys attending local community events with his family as well as with the Texana Bank team.
 
David’s special passion for leadership in the community has been realized as a long-term volunteer soccer coach for Texarkana United Soccer Club team, a role which has been integral to his service as a member of the board of directors of Texarkana Soccer Association.
