Shanterrael Parks is Leading the Way in Texarkana USA

Ms. Parks is a proud Liberty Eylau High School graduate and the University of Arkansas, Pine Bluff. She is passionate about serving the community where she grew up. She is excited about the opportunity to carry out the “fighting hunger and feeding hope” mission with ETFB, which supports her walk in emancipatory and servant leadership and aligns perfectly with her purpose. She is co-chair of the East Texas Food Bank Agency Institute Team and was previously the chair of the East Texas Food Bank All Impact Team Q3 Planning Committee.
She is a charter member of the Greater Texarkana Chapter of NCNW and a Liberty Eylau Neighborhood Association board member. She is a member of the Miller/Bowie County 100 Families Alliance. She is also the Founder and Creator Director of Sister Bugs Network. She formerly served as a member of Junior League Texarkana, Planning Committee Chair for the Healing Place of Texarkana, and Director of Events for Twin City Event Center.
