Faith Ellis is a Program Coordinator with expertise in program development, team leadership, and community engagement. With over 15 years of experience addressing women’s and children’s issues, she has worked across nonprofit and public health organizations to strengthen families and create sustainable impact.

Faith was recognized by Congressman Michael C. Burgess for her work in reducing infant mortality in Tarrant County, Texas, where she helped to build and led the first-ever community-based doula program, lowering the infant mortality rate from 23% to 12%. She has successfully developed innovative programs, guided diverse teams, and partnered with stakeholders to drive measurable outcomes.
