“We talk often about what to love in Texarkana. I am convinced the people sets us apart from other places where I have lived and called home. We have so many individuals in our community that freely give of their time and money to support the success of our joint initiatives. I have learned so much from the wonderful people in Texarkana, USA. What have I learned – to be giving and gosh, it is fun and so rewarding.”
