3. Texarkana Farmers Market Vendor Meeting
Friday, February 26
Our annual vendor meeting is set for February 26th, at 5:30 PM. You can find us on the second floor at City Hall. Please join us both new and seasoned vendors! It’s the best time to get all questions answered by management as well as our health department representative. We will go over any changes to our rules and regulations, discuss ideas for this year, intentions behind Mobile Market, decide on an opening date, and more.

5. A Tribute to Ragtime
Saturday, February 27

Join the Texarkana Museums System in celebrating Black History Month and the 50th Birthday of TMS! Pianist Vicki Carr will perform classic Ragtime favorites in the Music Room of the historic P. J. Ahern Home, 403 Laurel Street. Refreshments will be served and guests will be able to view a special exhibit honoring African-American Ragtime composers such as Texarkana’s own, Scott Joplin. 7. 19th Annual Regional Celebration of African American Artists Exhibit: Quilts, Fabrics, and Fibers
