A Program of Leadership Texarkana

Texarkana USA’s LIfT Strategic Doing Initiative featured on Global Podcast!

In January, Strategic Doing founder Ed Morrison invited Leadership Texarkana to share the story of Texarkana USA’s Strategic Doing Initiative on a global podcast emanating from Brussels, showcasing Texarkana USA’s initiative as an international poster child / model of how a community (ours!) is pursuing community excellence by intentionally building the powerful leadership capacity for gathering people to effectively work together for getting things done via Strategic Doing. Very humbling to be lifting up Texarkana USA to the world and a global audience with participants from most every continent!

With the most recent training held this past week, the numbers locally trained as Strategic Doing Practitioners to date is over 75, including six high school student leaders, as we envision the power of engaging our youth in this process of imagining and creating Texarkana’s best future.  Beyond the full practitioner training offered locally, over 200 leaders have been introduced to the process through Leadership Texarkana classes and well over 300 more Texarkana leaders have been engaged in using the process in one or another of the Strategic Doing groups charted above.
