Kecia Wolf is Leading the Way in Texarkana USA

Kecia Wolf is the President and CEO of Southwest Arkansas Electric Cooperative (SWAECC) and Four States Fiber, a subsidiary of SWAECC that provides high-speed fiber internet to rural areas. Wolf is a visionary leader who strives to serve the best interests of the cooperative members. Under her guidance, SWAECC and Four States Fiber have embarked on a project to bring fast and affordable fiber internet to more than 30,000 homes and businesses in Southwest Arkansas, Northeast Texas, Southeast Oklahoma, as well as Northwest Louisiana, many of which have never had access to reliable internet service before.

This project will not only enhance the quality of life and economic opportunities for the residents, but also improve the efficiency and reliability of the electric grid. Kecia Wolf is a Pioneer in the electric cooperative industry, and a role model for women in leadership positions.
