3. TCBHA Black History Parade

The Twin City Black History Association (TCBHA) is reaching out to the community with an exciting invitation to participate in the 2024 Black History Parade, which will be held on Saturday, February 3 at 2 PM in Downtown Texarkana.  This year’s theme is “Unity in the Community,” and we believe it’s an excellent opportunity to connect with the community and celebrate Black History. Learn more!

Violinist Sharon Roffman, prizewinner in the 2003 Naumburg Foundation International Competition, made her solo debut with the New Jersey Symphony in 1996.
