| 1. State of Downtown Wednesday, June 25 Join us for the State of Downtown Texarkana hosted by the Texarkana Chamber of Commerce. This event brings together local leaders and business owners for an insightful conversation about the progress, challenges, and future plans for our historic downtown district. City Manager David Orr of Texarkana, TX, and City Manager Tyler Richards of Texarkana, AR, will share updates on ongoing projects, economic growth, infrastructure improvements, and community initiatives that are shaping the heart of our twin cities. Downtown merchants will join our panel to highlight their personal achievements or issues as a business.
