Leadership Texarkana Receives Community Grant from Kiwanis Club
Leadership Texarkana volunteer Lekia Jones recently accepted a grant award on behalf of the organization during the Kiwanis Club of Texarkana’s annual banquet.
The grant was made possible through funds raised during the Kiwanis Club’s annual Pancake Breakfast, a longstanding community tradition that supports local nonprofit organizations throughout the Texarkana area. Each year, thousands of dollars are distributed to organizations that are working to improve the quality of life for residents across the region.
