The Leadership Texarkana Class of 2023

CONGRATULATIONS to the forty-eight members of this year’s Leadership Texarkana flagship program! Representing diverse industries and organizations from throughout the greater Texarkana area, and the community as a whole, the group invested two days this past week participating in the Opening Retreat for the program, getting to know one another and taking a big picture look at Texarkana USA, past, present and future, all as the foundation for the year-long program on which they are embarking, all designed to engage and equip them to be maximally effective at stepping up to lead the way, working together, for community excellence!  
 
With the generous support of owner Brent Ramage, the group enjoyed the indoor-outdoor facility and beautiful setting of the Ramage Farms Weddings venue. Three cheers to the many current and past members of the Leadership Texarkana Board of Directors and LT Curriculum Team who pitched in to ensure the event’s success, as well as the Strategic Doing Practitioners who generously guided tables for the LT Class as the groups framed their initial program action plans for the year.
